Don’t call it catering

Forget about a row of steam tables, and leave the stuffy tuxedos at home.

This is real food

Prepared with love, served with expertice, and custom made.

Dinner parties done right.

There are lots of ways to do a dinner party. But for me, there are only two: right and wrong. I do them the right way.

Custom-Written Menus.

High volume catering requires set menu items; that’s how a big factory catering operation can keep its costs in order. As a one-man show, I do things a bit differently, writing each menu to suit the specific event.

Hand-Selected Ingredients.

No big national suppliers over here. Food starts with the ingredients used, and I always purchase them myself. You can’t make excellent quality food from low quality ingredients.

Scratch-Made Dishes

I make each dish from scratch. Factory-made food just doesn’t have the soul that hand-made food does, and the results speak for themselves.
